14         On page 8, lines 6-9, delete those lines

16  and insert:

17         2.  The criteria for review under s. 161.053 are

18  applicable within the pilot project area, except that the

19  structures within the pilot project area shall not be subject

20  to specific shore parallel coverage requirements and are

21  allowed to exceed the 50 percent impervious surface

22  requirement. In no case shall stormwater discharge be allowed

23  onto, or seaward of, the frontal dune. Structures are
