17 Section 5. Effective July 1, 1998, there is hereby
18 appropriated an additional $500,000 from the Grants and
19 Donations Trust Fund for the purposes contained in Specific
20 Appropriation 1258 of the Conference Report on HB 4201, 1998.
21 Effective July 1, 1998, an additional $2,000,000 is
22 appropriated from the Grants and Donations Trust Fund for the
23 purposes contained in Specific Appropriation 1230 of the
24 Conference Report on HB 4201, 1998. The $2,000,000 reflects
25 the transfer of mitigation funds from the Florida Hurricane
26 Catastrophe Fund pursuant to s. 215.555(7)(c), Florida
27 Statutes.
