13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 7, lines 1-5, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  may not be dismissed for failure of the marking

17  on the parking space to comply with this section if the space

18  is in general compliance and is clearly distinguishable as a

19  designated accessible parking space for people who have

20  disabilities. Only a warning may be issued for unlawfully

21  parking in a space designated for persons with disabilities if

22  there is no above-grade sign as provided in subsection (6).
