13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 4, between lines 9 and 10,

16  insert:

17         Section 2.  Subsection (12) of section 370.01, Florida

18  Statutes, is amended to read:

19         370.01  Definitions.--In construing these statutes,

20  where the context does not clearly indicate otherwise, the

21  word, phrase, or term:

22         (12)  "Food fish" shall include mullet, trout, redfish,

23  sheepshead, pompano, mackerel, bluefish, red snapper, grouper,

24  black drum, jack crevalle, and all other fish generally used

25  for human consumption.
