17         Section 12.  Subsection (6) is added to s. 370.1405,

18  Florida Statutes, to read:

19         370.1405  Crawfish reports by dealers during closed

20  season required.--

21         (6)  The Department of Environmental Protection is

22  authorized to adopt rules incorporating by reference such

23  forms as are necessary to implement the provisions of this

24  section.
