Section 2. Alcoholic beverages may be sold by the

licensee for consumption on the premises of MOSI. The license

issued pursuant to this act may not permit the sale of

alcoholic beverages in sealed containers for consumption off

the premises of MOSI. This act does not prevent a purchaser of

alcoholic beverages from removing an opened, partially

consumed container of alcoholic beverages from the premises of

 MOSI.

Section 3. The foundation may transfer the license

from time to time to qualified applicants who are either

authorized by or under contract with the foundation to provide

food services at MOSI. Upon termination of a transferee's

authorization or contract, the license automatically reverts

by operation of law to the foundation.
