17 Section 1. Each municipality and county in this state
18 that does not have an ordinance providing for siting and
19 regulating the construction and operation of wireless
20 communication transmission facilities shall adopt, prior to
21 June 1, 1999, an ordinance providing for siting and regulating
22 the construction and operation of wireless communication
23 transmission facilities within the boundaries of such
24 municipality or county.
