 2  through 12th months of the reemployment limitation period

 3  without suspending his or her retirement benefits, provided

 4  that the reemployment is for the sole purpose of working on

 5  the technical aspects of correcting or replacing the computer

 6  systems and programs necessary to resolve the year 2000 date

 7  problem for computing which confronts all public employers

 8  covered by the Florida Retirement System.
