11  Senator Harris moved the following amendment:

14         On page 27, lines 22-31, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         (g)(h)  Serve as contract administrator for the state

18  with respect to contracts with Enterprise Florida, Inc., the

19  Florida Commission on Tourism, the Entertainment Florida

20  Council, and all direct-support organizations under this act,

21  excluding those relating to tourism, and provide oversight for

22  any contract that the Entertainment Florida Council may enter

23  into with a direct-support organization or with a designated

24  Florida not-for-profit corporation under s. 288.1252(4)(e).

25  To accomplish the provisions of this act and applicable

26  provisions of chapter 288, and notwithstanding the provisions

27  of part I of chapter 287, the office shall enter into specific

28  contracts with Enterprise Florida, Inc., the Florida

29  Commission on Tourism, the Entertainment Florida Council, and

30  other appropriate direct-support organizations.
