15         On page 7, between lines 24 and 25,

17  insert:  (15)  These terms and the provisions of this act do

18  not include television, cable or radio companies licensed by

19  the Federal Communications Commission in their capacities as

20  broadcast companies, but may include such companies in their

21  capacities as producers of entertainment industry products

22  created primarily for entertainment, commercial, industrial,

23  or educational purposes for statewide, national, or

24  international distribution.
