  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act expressing legislative intent to revise

  3         the laws relating to water resource development

  4         and supply in Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  revise the laws relating to the Southwest Florida Water

11  Management District and the West Coast Regional Water Supply

12  Authority applicable to water resource development and supply

13  in Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties.
