17         Section 5.  Section 442.0085, Florida Statutes, is

19         442.0085  Employer consultations.--The division may

20  provide safety consultations to employers who are insured

21  pursuant to the joint underwriting plan approved by the

22  Department of Insurance pursuant to s. 627.311(4).
