15 On page 3, between lines 8 and 9,

17 insert:
18 3. Notwithstanding any other provision of this
19 subsection, an amount not to exceed 30 percent of the local
20 option sales surtax proceeds may be allocated for deposit to a
21 trust fund within the county's accounts created for the
22 purpose of funding economic development projects of a general
23 public purpose targeted to improve local economies, including
24 the funding of operational costs and incentives related to
25 such economic development.
