11  Senator Williams moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 6, line 4, after the period

15

16  insert:  Administrative costs for this contract shall be

17  limited to 5 percent of the total amount of the contract. For

18  the purpose of this subsection, "administrative costs" means

19  the payment of all reasonable costs of management, general

20  administration, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation, and

21  other similar costs. Expenditures relating to the activities

22  of the department for contract management shall be limited to

23  $100,000 annually.
