11  Senator Williams moved the following amendment:

14         On page 10, line 16, through page 11, line 2, delete

15  those lines

17  and insert:  recommended by the advisory committee. The

18  advisory committee shall consist of 11 members, including the

19  Secretary of Children and Family Services or the secretary's

20  designee, the Secretary of Health or the secretary's designee,

21  four representatives of the Department of Children and Family

22  Services' Team Florida Partnership workgroup, two community

23  representatives, two representatives from the business

24  community, and one consumer representative.  The President of

25  the Senate shall appoint one business representative and one

26  community representative. The Speaker of the House of

27  Representatives shall appoint one business representative and

28  one community representative. The Governor shall appoint the

29  consumer representative. Advisory committee appointees shall

30  serve 2-year terms.
