18         Section 20.  Subsection (1) of section 620.8904,

19  Florida Statutes, is amended to read:

20         620.8904  Effect of conversion; entity unchanged.--

21         (1)  A partnership or limited partnership that has been

22  converted pursuant to s. 620.8902 or s. 620.8908 620.8903 is

23  for all purposes the same entity that existed before the

24  conversion.
