11  The Committee on Rules, Resolutions, & Ethics offered the

14         Technical Amendment 

15         On page 3, lines 18 through 23,

16  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

18  and insert in lieu thereof:

19  later than December 1, 2000.

20         (d)  The Office of the State Courts Administrator shall

21  provide staff to the designated court committee in furtherance

22  of this review, along with all necessary data collection,

23  analysis, research, and support services.

24         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1 of the

25  year in which enacted.
