18         Section 6.  Subsection (12) of section 397.321, Florida

19  Statutes, is amended to read:

20         397.321  Duties of the department.--The department

21  shall:

22         (12)  Develop standards for cooperate in the

23  development of employee assistance programs for employees of

24  state government, local governments, and private business.
