  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to dissolution of marriage;

  3         creating s. 61.077, F.S.; providing a

  4         presumption of fraud as to certain transfers;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  Section 61.077, Florida Statutes, is

10  created to read:

11         61.077  Fraudulent transfers.--After a petition for

12  dissolution is filed, any transfer of marital property by a

13  party to a nonparty without the knowledge and written consent

14  of the other party is presumed fraudulent.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
