13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 3, line 18, after the period

16  insert:  Additionally, if there is damage to the dwelling unit

17  to which subsection (1) applies and damage to which subsection

18  (1) does not apply, due to this subsection, the landlord may

19  offset the cost of repair of the damages to which subsection

20  (1) applies by the cost of repair of the damages to which

21  subsection (1) does not apply, if the tenant has not paid all

22  or a part of those repair costs.
