14         On page 1, line 26, after the period

16  insert:  For purposes of this section, repairs of an emergency

17  nature are limited to those repairs necessary to result in:

18  heat during the winter months, running water, hot water,

19  elimination of leaks or faulty drains which create internal

20  standing water, and functioning external locks, toilet, stove,

21  oven, refrigerator, exterior windows and exterior doors.
