  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Rainbow River Management

  3         Area; repealing chapter 88-469, Laws of

  4         Florida, as amended; providing an effective

  5         date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  Chapter 88-469, Laws of Florida, as amended

10  by section 5 of chapter 90-262, Laws of Florida, is hereby

11  repealed.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
