  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Secretary of State;

  3         creating s. 15.0465, F.S.; designating the

  4         Western Union historic sailing vessel as the

  5         official state ship; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  Section 15.0465, Florida Statutes, is

11  created to read:

12         15.0465  Official state ship.--The Western Union,

13  historic sailing vessel built in Key West, Florida, is

14  designated the official Florida state ship.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
