13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 9, between lines 21 and 22,

16  insert:

17         (h)  Any minor injured, harmed, or killed as a result

18  of the notice requirements of this section has a cause of

19  action for injuries, physical or psychological, including

20  wrongful death, brought by minor, a parent, or guardian

21  against the State of Florida.
