14         On page 1, of the bill, between lines 23 and 24,

17         Section 2.  For Fiscal Year 1998-99, up to $10 million

18  collected in the Agricultural Emergency Eradication Trust Fund

19  is hereby transferred to the Plant Industry Trust Fund for the

20  purposes of carrying out any existing or future declared

21  agricultural emergencies.
