11  The Committee on Civil Justice & Claims offered the following:

14         On page 3, line(s) 12 through 24,

15  remove from the bill all of said lines:

17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18         Section 2.  There is hereby appropriated $1,400,000

19  from the State Transportation Trust Fund to the Florida

20  Department of Transportation for the relief of David Kelley

21  and the Estate of Alto Kelly.  The Florida Department of

22  Transportation is authorized to disburse and administer the

23  funds pursuant to the Stipulated Settlement Agreement.

24         Section 3.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1997
