  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Department of Management

  3         Services; declaring legislative intent with

  4         respect to the department's duties; providing

  5         an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  develop a method of streamlining government by reviewing and,

11  if necessary, reassigning the statutory duties of the

12  Department of Management Services.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
