11  Senator Thomas moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 4, lines 22 through 27, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         (b)  Any such blood sample shall be delivered for

18  initial testing to an official laboratory approved by the

19  department. One-half of any such blood sample shall be used

20  for initial testing and the remaining one-half shall be stored

21  for possible follow-up testing for a period of not less than 2

22  weeks after receipt of the initial test results.
