17 Section 16. Section 604.50, Florida Statutes, is
18 created to read:
19 604.50 Nonresidential Farm Buildings.--
20 Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, any
21 nonresidential farm building located on a farm is exempt from
22 the Florida Building Code, and any county or municipal
23 building code. For purposes of this section "nonresidential
24 farm building" means any building or structure located on a
25 farm that is not used as a residential dwelling. Farm is as
26 defined in s. 823.14.
