11  Senator Thomas moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 5, between lines 9 and 10,

16  insert:

17         (e)  The division shall by rule, establish those

18  medications and depressants for which a tolerance may be set

19  that, if found in the blood sample, may be construed to be

20  forbidden substances; shall establish procedures for the

21  collection, handling, and storage of blood samples; and shall

22  specify the type of test to be used. Until such time that a

23  tolerance or test is established, a zero tolerance will be

24  enforced.
