13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 14, between lines 4 and 5 of the bill,

16  insert:

17         Section 18.  In the event it is determined that the

18  Citrus Budwood Registration Program in the amount of $601,396

19  cannot be funded from the Citrus Inspection Trust Fund, then

20  the Citrus Budwood Registration Program shall be funded from

21  budget transfers within the operating budget of the Department

22  of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
