  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to athlete agents; amending s.

  3         468.453, F.S.; exempting members of The Florida

  4         Bar from regulations imposed on athlete agents;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  Subsection (3) of section 468.453, Florida

10  Statutes, is amended to read:

11         468.453  Licensure required; qualifications;

12  examination; bond.--

13         (3)  Members of The Florida Bar are exempt from the

14  requirements of this part state laws and rules component, and

15  the fee for such, of the examination required by this section.

16         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

17  law.
