11  Senator Forman moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 1, lines 15-21, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  certificateholder or registrant shall not exceed,

17  in the aggregate, $100,000 annually. Beginning in the 1998

18  calendar year, any claims approved by the board in excess of

19  the annual cap are eligible for payment in the next and

20  succeeding fiscal years, in the same manner as other claims.
