11  Senator Diaz-Balart moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 1, line 23, delete that line

15

16  and insert:

17         Section 4.  The Lake Belt Mitigation Trust Fund is a

18  trust fund as described in Section 19(f)(3), Article III of

19  the State Constitution, and therefore is not subject to

20  termination pursuant to Section 19(f)(2), Article III of the

21  State Constitution.

22         Section 5.  This act shall take effect July 1 of the

23  year in which enacted, if HB 4071 or similar legislation is

24  adopted in the same legislative session or an extension

25  thereof.
