11  Senator Hargrett moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 6, lines 1-3, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         (h)  No organization shall hold more than one

18  elementary, one middle, and one high school charter contract

19  in a school district and no more than 15 charters statewide,

20  unless it employs one area director at the same salary as area

21  directors in the public school system.
