13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 14, between lines 22 and 23,

16  insert:

17         Section 3.  The sum of $300,000 is appropriated from

18  the General Revenue Fund to Fairchild Tropical Gardens for the

19  Tropical Gardens Education Center for the 1998-1999 fiscal

20  year. Before the release of the funds the project must be

21  matched by $4,000,000 in local funds and must be reviewed and

22  approved by the Secretary of the Department of Environmental

23  Protection.
