13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 3, lines 3-4, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  of the parents whose children are enrolled at the

17  school. A private school, parochial school, or home education

18  program shall not be eligible for charter school status. All

19  parents of children enrolled at the school shall be noticed of

20  the meeting at least 14 calendar days in advance by mail.
