13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 5, between lines 2 and 3,

16  insert:

17         Section 3.  When the relocation plan for a WAGES

18  participant involves relocating the participant within the

19  state, the plan must be approved by the local WAGES coalition

20  in the district from which the participant is moving and the

21  local WAGES coalition in the district to which the participant

22  is moving before the effective date of the move.
