14         On page 15, lines 7-11,

15  remove from the amendment:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  and other related activities. To

18  this end, effective October 1, 1998, the department may

19  transfer up to .025 percent of the total funds from operating

20  appropriations categories of any budget entity within the

21  department. Such transfer may not exceed a total of $3 million
