13         Amendment to Amendment (925915) 

14         On page 10, line 13, after the period

16  Insert:  The Home and Community-Based Services Medicaid Waiver

17  shall be amended to include support coordination as an

18  optional service. Those who choose not to have support

19  coordination shall be given a voucher in the amount of the

20  annual cost of support coordination to purchase other

21  necessary services included in the individual support plan.
