15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  outside of the county, as

18  designated by the elector, or to a temporary address located

19  within the county, as designated by the elector, brought about

20  by reason of hurricane, tornado, flood, natural disaster, or

21  other act of God, war, invasion, insurrection, riot, or other

22  bona fide emergency, medical treatment, incarceration in a

23  local government correctional facility, or other reason beyond

24  the control of the elector.
