14         On page 16, lines 5-7, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         3.  Beginning in fiscal year 1998-1999 and thereafter,

18  to school boards in counties with a population of 100,000 or

19  less which do not contain all or a portion of an area of

20  critical state concern designated pursuant to chapter 380 that

21  levy the maximum millage pursuant to s. 236.25(1) and (2) and

22  to school boards in counties with a population of less than

23  100,000 which contain all or a portion of an area of critical

24  state concern designated pursuant to chapter 380.
