13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 26, lines 19-26, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:   designated pursuant to chapter 380; and,

17  beginning in fiscal year 1998-1999, to school boards in

18  counties with a population of 100,000 or less which do not

19  contain all or a portion of an area of critical state concern

20  designated pursuant to chapter 380 that levy the maximum

21  millage pursuant to s. 236.25(1) and (2) and to school boards

22  in counties with a population of less than 100,000 which

23  contain all or a portion of an area of critical state concern

24  designated pursuant to chapter 380.
