1 A bill to be entitled
2 An act relating to the re-creation of the State
3 Employee Child Care Revolving Trust Fund
4 without modification; re-creating the State
5 Employee Child Care Revolving Trust Fund;
6 carrying forward current balances and
7 continuing current sources and uses thereof;
8 providing an effective date.

10 WHEREAS, the Legislature wishes to extend the life of
11 the State Employee Child Care Revolving Trust Fund, which is
12 otherwise scheduled to be terminated pursuant to
13 constitutional mandate, and
14 WHEREAS, the Legislature has reviewed the State
15 Employee Child Care Revolving Trust Fund before its scheduled
16 termination date and has found that it continues to meet an
17 important public purpose, and
18 WHEREAS, the Legislature has found that existing public
19 policy concerning the State Employee Child Care Revolving
20 Trust Fund sets adequate parameters for its use, NOW,
21 THEREFORE,

23 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

25 Section 1. The State Employee Child Care Revolving
26 Trust Fund within the Department of Management Services, which
27 was created by section 110.151, Florida Statutes, and which is
28 to be terminated pursuant to Section 19(f), Article III of the
29 State Constitution on November 4, 2000, is re-created.

1 Section 2. All current balances of the State Employee
2 Child Care Revolving Trust Fund are carried forward, and all
3 current sources and uses of the trust fund are continued.
4 Section 3. This act shall take effect November 4,
5 2000.

9 Re-creates, without modification, the State Employee
