  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to public education; declaring

  3         legislative intent with respect to professional

  4         development schools; providing an effective

  5         date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  create a pilot program to identify and operate professional

11  development schools.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
