17         Section 5.  There is appropriated from the General

18  Revenue Fund the sum of $3 million, for fiscal year 1998-1999,

19  as a grant and aid to Daytona Beach Community College for

20  planning and design costs for a charter technical career

21  center which will serve Volusia and Flagler County students in

22  grades 11 through 14 on a model basis.
