17         Section 11.  The amendments made by this act to section

18  489.131(7)(f), Florida Statutes, do not affect any

19  investigative activities or administrative actions commenced

20  by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation as a

21  result of complaints filed before the effective date of this

22  act.
