13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 11, lines 23-26, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  expiration of the time limit. If the probable

17  cause panel finds no probable cause the department may

18  petition within 10 days for a determination of the existence

19  of probable cause pursuant to s. 120.574. Such actions shall

20  be held confidential as provided in s. 455.225(10). The

21  administrative law judge's order shall constitute final action

22  with respect to the existence of probable cause. If the
