1 A bill to be entitled
2 An act relating to the re-creation of the
3 Administrative Trust Fund of the Division of
4 Administrative Hearings of the Department of
5 Management Services without modification;
6 re-creating the Administrative Trust Fund;
7 carrying forward current balances and
8 continuing current sources and uses thereof;
9 providing an effective date.

11 WHEREAS, the Legislature wishes to extend the life of
12 the Administrative Trust Fund, which is otherwise scheduled to
13 be terminated pursuant to constitutional mandate, and
14 WHEREAS, the Legislature has reviewed the
15 Administrative Trust Fund before its scheduled termination
16 date and has found that it continues to meet an important
17 public purpose, and
18 WHEREAS, the Legislature has found that existing public
19 policy concerning the Administrative Trust Fund sets adequate
20 parameters for its use, NOW, THEREFORE,

22 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
23
24 Section 1. The Administrative Trust Fund, which was
25 created within the Division of Administrative Hearings of the
26 Department of Management Services and which is to be
27 terminated pursuant to Section 19(f), Article III of the State
28 Constitution on November 4, 2000, is hereby re-created.
29 Section 2. All current balances of the Administrative
30 Trust Fund of the Division of Administrative Hearings of the

1 Department of Management Services are carried forward, and all
2 current sources and uses of the trust fund are continued.
3 Section 3. This act shall take effect November 4,
4 2000.

8 Re-creates, without modification, the Administrative
Trust Fund within the Division of Administrative Hearings
9 of the Department of Management Services.
