14         On page 3, line 28, through

15            page 4, line 2, delete those lines

17  and insert:  physical facilities of a child care program for

18  school-age children which is operated in a public school

19  facility, the department shall adopt the State Uniform

20  Building Code for Public Educational Facilities Construction

21  as the minimum standards, regardless of the operator of the

22  program. The Legislature intends that if a child care program

23  for school-age children is operated in a public school, the

24  program
